help - can't forward ports

Hello all. I love RealVNC and use it in my network but now I wish to
connect to my work computer from home. The only thing is, the computer
and work is behind a firewall that I don't have any clearance for.

I want to connect to my _Windows_ work computer from my _Windows_ home computer!

Can someone please tell me if this is possible through SSH and please
give me very n00b instructions. I've never used SSH before :P !!!
