I found out (the hard way) that the new Xvnc does NEED a security setting, it
does not default to no-security.
Hence, update the options to Xvnc (in /etc/inetd.conf or /etc/xinetd.d/vnc) and
add " -SecurityTypes none" to them.
For the users with the older viewers and access problems, there is a new option
to fall back to version 3 usage. Check documentation on the website for details.
