Well, like everyone else I have a problem connecting
to a VNC server at work, which is running on an XP Pro
machine.  

I had the machine at home and had the service
installed and it is currently running as a windows
service.  My home computer was able to connect to my
work computer while both were at my house "connected
through a router.  Now that the work computer is at
work im not able to connect to it.  

I took off all the firewalls, it is connected to a
router, which is directly connected to the Cable modem
(comcast).  I did notice that while it was in my
house, I was not able to ping it, although I was able
to establish a VNC connection and control the work
computer.  

Please it would provide a great deal of help if
someone could help me with this problem.
