Slow movement?

I use RVNC to control 2 of the computer on my network, and my only complaint
is that it generally takes a while to perform tasks. 10/100mbps network, but
it still can take up to 3 seconds to perform things, and it just makes it seem
like the computer is terrible. The computer i'm controlling it from is a
1.8ghz with 256mb ddr ram, and the computer I'm running server on is a 700mhz
P3 with 512mb ram
