The old SMC I had (a 7004WBR I think) does this, as does the Linksys
BEFW11S4 (v4 I think) I replaced it with.  I believe the Belkin my sister
had did this, and the older BEFW11S4 (v2) that replaced it does.  I've
only seen reference to one or two that didn't, actually.
