The first thing to bear in mind is that Red Hat Linux 9 is not the
latest Red Hat community Linux distribution -- that's Fedora Core 3.

The procedure for installing VNC is the same in both cases: install
the vnc and vnc-server RPM packages that come with it, in the same way
you would any other package.
