Having Trouble with password file and vncsnapshot

vncsnapshot works great when I dont try to pass a password file, It simply  
prompts for a password each time.. But I am having it automated, and need to  
pass the password through a file on the command line..  I've tried saving  
connection info from vncviewer, I tried vncenc from

.. I am having NO LUCK.. It always comes back and says authentication  
failed, each time.. I think I'm not creating a password file that is compatible,  
the vncsnapshot software says to make the file in unix with the vncpassword  
utility, but I don't have access to a UNIX based machine.  

It would make my day if someone could create me an encrypted password file  
for the password "temp001".. I have spent over 4 days on this, and it has been  
driving me nuts..  I figured some of you out there could do something like  
this in 5 seconds compared to me banging my head on the desk all day..  I'd  
appreciate it..
