I need to make an encryped PW File, IN WINDOWS

Can someone help me?  I don't have a unix based system, but I am using 
vncsnapshot and it requires that the password be passed in a file, I have tried 
saving a session from a viewer, while saying yes to save the password and pass 
that file, but it says VNC Authentication failed!..

I am going nuts here, Could somebody create a password file for me for the 
password "temp001" ... I'm not so much worried about security in this 
environment that I have, but don't want to leave the password blank..  

Can someone create a file using vncpassword and email me that password file?? 
 Because I don't have access to a unix system to run vncpassword..

I would appreciate it a lot!
