how to prompt local console only when somebody is logged in?

Yes, I'm going to love this feature.  All the more reason to upgrade to 
4.0 now.

And all since I didn't spend the time to create a .reg file to run after 
the install... It's too bad the user setting use from service feature 
has been removed though.  Is there a way to turn it on?

Also I'd love to see NTLM auth in VNC.  I heard that Ultra has it, but I 
haven't tried it.
