I'm running redhat 8.0, Xfree 4.2.0, and an ATI Rage 128.

When I install vnc.so (in vnc-4.0) after I try to connect
with a viewer, I get:
(EE) R128(0): R128CCEWaitForIdle: CCE start -1007
(EE) R128(0): R128CCEWaitForIdle: CCE idle -1007
(EE) R128(0): Idle timed out, resetting engine...
(EE) R128(0): R128CCEWaitForIdle: CCE reset -1007
(EE) R128(0): R128CCEWaitForIdle: CCE start -1007
(EE) R128(0): R128CCEWaitForIdle: CCE idle -1007
(EE) R128(0): Idle timed out, resetting engine...
(EE) R128(0): R128CCEWaitForIdle: CCE reset -1007
(EE) R128(0): R128CCEWaitForIdle: CCE start -1007

constantly...

BTW, I've been waiting for this for years -- I tried xf4vnc and could
never get it to connect on tcp. I recently tried x11vnc (its a polling
architecture) and it works fine but has noticable lag (I may need to
play with the options.
