i'm using version 4, and would like to keep doing so (open source is 
not half the fun when you are not on the latest and greatest ;)

i can see why the user is frustrated by this change, but in terms of 
conceptual cleanliness, i can understand why the developers changed 
it to only use the system-wide settings. now i'm hoping for a 
system-wide setting that says "prompt only when a user is logged on"...

cool. good to know i'm not alone. i was beginning to fear i had 
overlooked something very obvious, and everybody has already been 
doing what i want to do for ages....
