Scrolling unit in v4 client to small

Hi!

I just installed VNC viewer v4.0 on windows 2000.

I noticed that, when the remote desktop is larger than the viewer window and
scroll bars appear,
if I click above or below the scroll bar ( in the empty field ), then the
view moves by a small amount,
instead of a full "page" as in v3.3.7 ( and most other GUI applications ).

Is this a bug ?
Is it on purpose ?
Can I at least turn back to old behavior ?
