Hi Romel,
Couple of options come immediately to my mind.
a) Setup a CGI (/asp / whatever) web page and get the IP address information
from the environment - then the user just needs to go to a specific page.
b) Setup dynamic DNS - http://www.dyndns.org/ - and get a local client
c) IF you have a single VNC viewing location - Run the listener on your
viewing location and put a shortcut on the end users desktop to call
winvnc -connect <Your IP address / DNS alias>
We do a combination of b & c, I have the viewer setup for dynamic DNS and
the clients have a shortcut in their start menu. Then when they need a
hand, it is just "Go and click on the support icon" and up pops the screen
on my machine.
