VNC4 Kill Clients

I have been using VNC 3.3.7 for a while now at the school that I am an
Administrator. I have the server setup so that the pupils cannot change the
properties or add/disconnect clients.
I have been testing VNC 4, but I cannot prevent the pupils from
adding/disconnecting clients from the taskbar icon like I could with the
previous version. Is there a registry setting or some other way of
preventing pupils from using add or disconnect clients?
