Thanks! I'll do more reading about this system, and if it looks like
it could really work, it may be the easiest solution for my friends
and family. The reason I need to help them via VNC in the first place
is because they're not yet very comfortable with "complicated" - or
even "simple" - software configurations, so using UltraVNC with the
DSM plug-in may be my best chance at convincing them to try a more
secure system.
