Firewall / Router Setup Problem?

	You have then to tell us more how your firewall/router is configured.  Is the port-forwarding configured properly?  Does it have a sort of filter?  Or does it control the relative bandwidth used (ie, it would attribute less bandwidth to certain addresse/port)?
