TS uses a protocoll called RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol). Windows XP
allows access to machine remotetly via the RDP, it also allows remote
desktop sharing (support). This is not TS (Terminal Service) but often
mistaken for it.
So TS and VNC are not comparable, but RDP and VNC are direct competitors
(in the windows areana).
