Having problem with VNC connection

	Are you implying that those values in the registry will be regenerated when VNC can't find them at startup?  And therefore they can be erased without having to uninstall VNC?

	In such case, instead of telling him to uninstall/reinstall, we still have to tell him to stop/restart VNC service.
