Disconnect when connected

Hi all,

I have just installed VNC 3.3.7   on a the server which i connect up using
Remote Desktop Connection. Now, i install VNC on a computer connected to the
network.
I Remotely connect to the server, now i want to connect to a workstation on
the network using an internal IP address from the server. When i connect to
the workstation it disconnects me after only a few seconds of being
connected, however, vice versa, the workstation connects to the server just
fine. Any Ideas?
