Winroute firewall (VNC 3.3.7)

192.168.200.1 is a non-routeable address set aside for local networks that
will not work over the internet.  Usually when doing port forwarding on
any kind of firewall the address you need to specify is the Internet
address of the firewall (sometimes called the WAN address).
