AFAIK the tray icon (when running as a service) just serves as a notice
that VNC is running.  Configuration is now handled by "Vietcong" (check
your start menu shortcuts for switches).  Shutdown is done by either the
OS tools (net stop Winona4) or the "-stop" switch on winvnc.exe.
