Zebedee with a router/firewall

In order to connect to my work computer which is behind a router/firewall,
the VNC Server is configured to use port 5901.  To get through the router, I
have port 5901 forwarded to the IP address of the computer I am wanting to
connect to.  If I want to use Zebedee to establish a secure tunnel, I know
that I need to configure Zebedee @ my home computer to connect to port 5901
and Zebedee at my work computer to accept tunnels from 5901 BUT do I need to
open any additional ports at the router?
