Keyboard Improvements in VNCViewer on Windows platforms

Hello VNCpeople,

I've written a small patch to improve keyboard functionality in VNCViewer.exe
on windows platforms.
This patch allows sending ALT+TAB,CTRL+ESC, ALT+SPACE to the VNCServer, and
blocks the ALT+TAB on the client side, preventing windows from switching
applications.
Also, pressing PAUSE key toggles FullScreen On/Off, and PRINT-SCREEN requests
a full screen update (a shortcut to the system menu's "Request Screen
Refresh").
