send ctl-whatever-sequence

Hi All...

Perhaps the next release could have a send... entry in the viewer menu and 
it would display a list of options. The options could be just the files in a 
"sequences directory" usually with names such as
"ctl-esc" containing <ctl><esc>.

That way the install could have defaults but the user could add others that 
may be handy locally.
