DOS App Refresh Rates

Hi there,

We're using VNC to monitor agent stations running character-based DOS apps
(windowed, not fullscreen).  VNC doesn't seem to refresh the DOS window very
regularly, and sometimes menu selections or text inputs will be missed.

We've tested out UltraVNC as well in hopes that the video driver hooks would
improve things, but it hasn't made any difference.

Is there anything I could do to improve DOS window performance?

We are using a mixed Win98 and WinXP environment.
