Unable to use VNC

Hi

Are you sure that you have configured your router correctly to forward the
right port to the right PC on your home network. If you have a firewall this
could also be causing you a problem cause it might be blocking your
comunication.

Can you give us more details such as the types of routers and and software
firewall you may be using.
