Sending CTRL ALT Delete non - interactively to locked workstations

Hi,

I have written an SMS like system which I can use to deploy software across 
my network. The problem is that many workstations are locked. I tried using 
Dameware Mini Remote Control as a solution. This software allows me to 
install a client of each pc and I can send CTRL ALT Delete to a locked 
workstation. The problem is that I can't do it Non-Interactively. This 
really defeats the automation process.

This is what I need to do:
Have a program crawl around the network and detect which workstations are 
locked - Then send CTRL ALT Delete to those workstations, along with the 
appropriate passwords.
Can this software do this?
