Martin, What makes you think VNC doesn't think you're in the Administrators group? All VNC is saying is that you don't have sufficient privileges - that's uaully because only Administrators are allowed to write to HKLM, but it could also be because the registry permissions have been set up incorrectly by someone, which is probably the cause of your problem.
