UltraVNC and groups

I am trying out UltraVNC as a method of allowing various users to logon to a
kiosk pc as themselves then access their personal pc on the local LAN.  I
understood UltraVNC could use groups to allow other than Admins to make
connections.  I have tried adding the domain user to a local group on the
VNC-server as indicated in the UltraVNC documents, but still only Domain
Admins can connect.  Does anyone have any successful experience in this
area?
