Roots X Desktop. help

 When I try to get to my mandrake 9.1 box running vncserver I get the java
app started in my web browser.  Then I get the VNC Authentication screen.  I
enter the password I made when I set the vncserver up.  At this point the
screen turns red and I see the following at the top in the internet explorer
bar.  It says "roots x desktop (linuxbob5)  I would assume I'm trying to
login to root.  How do I set the vncserver up so I only log in as me the
user who is currently logged into this linux box?
