VNC command

 Can someone tell what the command is to load vnc at startup in linux?  I'm
running mandrake 9.1.  I have it set in webmin to start automatically, but
it does not do it.

Also when I start it manully I can reach this machine from the net, but when
I connect I get a red screen on the server side.  Any thoughts on how to fix
this?
