How to get an options like: "Ask for user permission" (newbie)

Hi there,

I'm not totally new to VNC, but now I want to use the program to support my
co-workers easier and faster.
I want to install VNC-server on every client so that when someone has a
problem I can see very quickly what the problem is.
(and so that I don't have to walk to his/her desk :P )

But because people like their privacy, they want to know when I'm logged on to
their computer.

So when I connect I want them to get a question like: "Accept connection ?"

I've read several time that people have made their onw version of VNC wmth an
option like this, but I can't find it.

Futher info:

It's a Windows envoroment (XP clients and 2000 server)
And I'm not a programmer, so ginving me source codes won't be a good idea :)

If someone has a complete version of VNC with this option, plese send it to
me.
