im very sorry for this, i am pretty computer literate, but this whole remote 
access thing is new to me.could i please get some step by step instructions 
on how to use this service.i downloaded vnc on two computers and want to be 
able to access one computer from another but i have no idea what ip 
addresses are how to acquire them or how to get a web page that has it on it 
or what. could you please help a big dummy. i realize its a lot of touble 
but i would really appreciate and assistance.
