2 Deferent LAN's

Hi.

Im having a problem:

Im on a LAN (using mshome as a workgroup) which connects to the internet through another pc(os/xp prof.) that connects to the internet using dialup so my IP on the dialup LAN is (192.168.0.X).

note: my PC's os is xp prof. & the dialup PC os is xp prof. 

And the 2nd pc(witch i want to connect to from my home) is in my office and its also on a LAN (its on a domain) and they have a firewall and the IP address are dynamic.(I think that they have NATing IP )

 

What is the best way to connect to the pc in my office?...and how do i get the real IP's for booth PC's ?......and if I get the IPs can I connect to my office? J
