Need help

Hi,

I am new to VNC.  When I access the VNC server machine through 
Internet Browser from a remote client machine using 5800 port, 
it is OK as long as if it is a dynamic IP address.  But with 
static IP(!) address I am not able to connect to it.

I have no firewall but antivirus installed.

Anyone please help me.
