Problems with VNC 3.3.7 refreshing in Win2k Professional

Hi all,
a few days ago a installed VNC Server 3.3.7 on 14 machines in a classroom.
When i connect (from any machine) to any machine, all seems to work fine,
but...
I discovered, that I must log on to the remote PC as Power User or
Administrator, otherwise screen doesn't refresh, but I need to connect to
this computers when Standard User (i.e. normal students with some
restrictions) is logged in (it is for educational purposes). Second point is
that when Standard User is logged in, VNC Server is running, but icon is
missing in a system tray (which is fine for this type of usage - users
cannot modify VNC Server settings, but it may be some sign of troubles or
not? It's only my guess).

Can anybody help me please with this problem? Thanks a lot in advice.
