(no subject)

Hi I just subscribed.
I can't get my VNC to connect , it gives me an error "Failed to connect". I 
tried connecting from my home to office and office to home neither worked, 
also I've tried server and viewer on each side, to see if I am doing 
anything wrong. Please help me.
