AuthHosts does not work on WXP?

Hello, 

According to the documentation, I would expect when I set in
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ORL\WinVNC3\Default
AuthHosts		-:?10:+10.11.12.13
QuerySetting	2
that I can only connect from machine 10.101.12.13 without asking the 
user for permissions, right?

When I try to connect from 10.101.12.14, the user should be asked 
whether he allows the connection or not.

But currently I can connect from any 10.*.*.* address without beeing 
asked. WHY?
