strange problems with the vnc server

Change this back, it is unneeded.

That is what the servicehelper provides.

Because it is not running as a service.

Stop any VNC services, remove the VNC service (Programs -> RealVNC -> VNC
Server -> Unregister VNC server service), remove VNC entries from the
registry (see http://www.realvnc.com/winvnc.html#4 as a reference) Make
sure you get the "Current User" settings, too. Reinstall the VNC service
(Programs -> RealVNC -> VNC Server -> Register VNC server service). Start
the VNC service and you should be prompted for the password.
