Remove WinVnc

I have checked most of the postings on deleting this but, it still comes
back.

While setting up a brand new W2K machine and hard drive, I started to
get the WinVnc properties page at the tail end of the login just before
desktop.  I would always say cancel.

Checking task manager showed it was not listed as an application or
process.  There is no ?:\program files\orl directory.

In the registry, the following appear and I have deleted (multiple
times):

HKLM\software\orl\winvnc3
HKCU\software\orl

NO registry entries for:

HKLM\system\currentcontrolset\service\winvnc
HKLM\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\uninstall\winvnc

What does it take to get rid of this feature -- we have no use for it!
