I want to use VNC Server on a PC where Norton Personal Firewall 2003 is installed. VNC (http://www.realvnc.com) use port 5 900 so I have created a rule to allow the in-out TCP communication on this port. Even whith that, Personnal Firewall refuse saying : "Paquet TCP non-syn/non-ack regu sur une connexion non valide. Le paquet a iti abandonni" after the rule said "yes" to the packet. The only way is to cut PF. I have added the same rule in "Rules" and "Troie horses". They run but they are useless. What can I do ?
The Norton PF journal entries are :
Ditails : La rhgle "Gestion VNC" a autorisi (204.254.132.2,5900)
Connexion TCP entrante
Adresse IP source : 204.254.132.2
Adresse IP destination : famille(...)
Port TCP source : 43056
Port TCP destination : 5900
Drapeaux de message TCP : 0x00000010
Is someone have an idea ?
