VNC over Internet

  We have a static IP to Internet and want to connect to a computer elsewere
through Internet that have a modem/ISDN/broadband and dynamic IP. We want o
control the remote computer with VNC Viewer (and the remote runs VNC Server
?). How can the remote computer connect to our static IP and then get us the
control by VNC Viewer ?
