If Micro$oft did not break anything in M$Windows, I don't expect any
problems.

Since I expect Micro$oft to do break something, I do expect problems.

Viewing at the history on vnc and M$Windows, I expect no problems with the
viewer. With the server, Micro$oft has adapted something with every new
version of M$WindowsNT that had influence on the behavoure of vncserver so
do expect something there.

As far as I know, the official statement on vnc and support for any platform
is regarded 'as is': there just happens to be a binary that runs on the
platform.
