I'm not aware of any viewer that has this feature, but there is a command-line
app I wrote, vncsnapshot (vncsnapshot.sourceforge.net) that will take a
snapshot of all or a part of the VNC server's screen and save it as a JPEG.
Not as convenient as a UI tool, though.
