Screensaver Password problem

Some added info on this problem:
I'm running Win2k Adv Server. It will let me specify
the server name and let me enter the password but it
never connects.  If I enter a bad server or bad
password it will acknowledge that.  When I take the
screensaver password off, I can vnc normally.  Any
help would be great.  Thanks.
