Getting started

Just downloaded the file vnc-3.3.7-x86_win32.zip, did the  install on my PC.

Tried firing it up when I put in the server name it says it can't find it.

I'm running a PC and a Unix machine, trying to view from th PC side,
I assume  viewer=PC , server=UNIX.

Question, do I need to have this installed on both machines ?
If so, do I install the same file on both, or is there a different file for 
each ?
