VNC 3.3.7 : Slovenian keyboard problems

I stumbled on some keyboard mapping problems.

server: VNC 3.3.7 windows 2000 pro SP4
client: VNC 3.3.7 or 3.3.3 R2 on Win2000pro-SP3 ( both have the problem

keyboard on client : Slovenian
keyboard on server : English/US

I press SHIFT-7 ( main kbd, not numpad ):
 - should appear : /
 - does appear   : ?

I press SHIFT-0 ( main kbd, not numpad ):
 - should appear : =
 - does appear   : +

I press SHIFT-, ( main kbd, not numpad ):
 - should appear : ;
 - does appear   : :
