If it's a NT machine on a network, and you have an administrative password for the machine, go to http://www.darkage.co.uk/ and download the fastpush program to remotely install VNC as a service again. I've had problems similar before and have been able to get VNC going again using this.

Subject:	Lost Local Keyboard and mouse - Help!

I was controlling a WIN NT machine and I had disabled local keyboard and mouse. Now the local
keyboard and mouse do not work and VNC is not running as a service. The machine boots and I cannot
log in to it as the keyboard and mouse no longer work. During the bios boot the keyboard does work
it is after NT starts it doesn't

How do I get the local keyboard and mouse control back? How do I boot NT so the keyboard works so
I can fix it?

Any help appreciated.
