Lost Local Keyboard and mouse - Help!

Here is the boot.ini file. as you can see the VGA mode has the /sos switch which allows 'safe
mode'. Unfortunatly the mouse and keyboard do not respond in this mode either. But do respond
before NT loads? Now I can't get into the machine.
