Dario,
I think this software might solve ( http://www.calstatela.edu/eaglevision
)some of your problem. It shares one's desktop with others but it doesnot
broadcast. Instead, it uses the chain of screen sharing.
I hope it helps

Subject: VNC as a broadcast desktop sharing server
Hi,
I've a problem. I would like to integrate vnc in a videoconferencing
app, making two clients connected in a room seeing a third partecipant's
desktop also if all of three are connected behind a proxy without having a
public ip. Only the room server will have a public ip. Let the proxy have no
incoming routing capabilities, so the clients could only open tcp
connections to the room server, is it possible for the server to manage a
sort of "reflection" of the shared desktop to other two doing it in
multicasting to avoid bandwidth wasting ? I hope you understood what I'm
looking for :)
bye
Darius
